Planning and Designing of Reclamation Project in Mining Subsided Land Based on GIS

摘要: 土地开发整理是现阶段中国实现耕地总量动态平衡的重要途径,采煤塌陷区土地复垦是其中重要的组成部分。受塌陷沉降的影响,采煤塌陷区具有地形破碎、微地貌起伏交错和土壤养分流失严重等特点,其在土地复垦项目的规划设计中面临的问题较一般区域复杂。在分析采煤塌陷区土地复垦规划设计流程与方法的基础上,借助GIS技术,将地形图中等高线进行栅格化处理,并根据得到的数据生成三维地形模型,对项目区地形进行模拟,并分别从复垦适宜性评价、项目规划择优以及项目工程设计三方面进行了实证研究。

Abstract: Land reclamation and readjustment play an important role in keeping dynamic balance of cultivated land amount, while mining subsided land reclamation is one of the important parts. Caused by mining, mining subsided land possesses special characters, such as terrain fragment, undulation of micro-topography, leanness of land nutrient, etc., which make it much more complexity in planning and designing of land reclamation project. Based on the principle and method analysis, we grid the contour lines on the topographic map, and build 3D regular data field based on digital contours to get 3D terrain model, modeling the terrain of the project area. And land reclamation suitability evaluation, project plan and selection and engineering design were discussed, aided by Geographic information system (GIS), to provide method for the planning and designing of the land reclamation project in the future.
