摘要： 本文分析了马鞍山钢铁公司的发展历史与布局特点,探讨了其适宜规模与经济效益,以及与此相关的区域经济结构调整等问题.

Abstract: The article deals with the history,distribution characteristics and optimum production quota of Ma′anshan Iron and Steel Company,as well as the consequent adjustment of regional economic structure,based on the tendency of increasing demand for steel and iron in our country.
