摘要: 泥石流是中国山区较为常见的一类自然灾害,它的形成有自然地质的原因,也有人为破坏山区植被的原因。在中国实行西部大开发战略的过程中,调查分析泥石流潜在危险区域及其地面活动程度对于制定合理的资源开发战略,有重点地保护一些具有高潜在危险性泥石流沟的植被尤为重要。综合应用遥感(RS,Remote Sensing)技术和流域软件,完全基于RS遥感图像数据,探讨了一种调查泥石流潜在危险区域及其地面活动程度的新方法。

Abstract: Debris flow is a kind of natural disaster which appears rather frequently in the mountain areas in China. The reason of such a fact consists of two parts: the original tectonic and the contrived damage. In the process of the Western development, the investigation and analysis of the debris-flow's potential dangerous areas and its activity degree are of great importance for the establishment of practical resource exploitation stratagem, and the protection of those plants which are in the areas of high potential danger. With the technique of remote sensing(RS) and the software of watershed (such as ArcGIS and WMS), and completely based on the image and data from RS, the paper investigates a new assessment method of debris activity degree.
